The hotel offered free parking, a big advantage. The room was very clean. I also found a good supply of hot water, so my showers were always enjoyable.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating to my requests. They answered my questions quickly before my stay. The staff allowed me to check out a bit later than the standard 11 am. This flexibility with check-out times was helpful.

More car parking spaces were available than i expected when reading about the first come first serve basis. I had a lovely cooked breakfast with choices from the continental breakfast bar that offered lots of options to choose from. The hotel provides free parking for its guests.

The hotel's location is first class, right next to the beach. You can walk into town in about 30 minutes along the sea front. Buses run right outside the hotel. This makes it easy to get around.

the shower was hot and powerful it was a good way to start the day. the room was large and it faced the beach across the road.
the room was too warm there was no air-conditioning. opening the windows did not help much because of traffic noise.

the room was very clean and well appointed. i had a family room with full size twin beds and a big double. the staff were accommodating and friendly. the location is great and my room had a nice view (i especially liked watching the sunrise).
i met an elderly couple struggling with the stairs. the hotel indicated it would remain out of service for some time.

Parking access was quite good. The breakfast price was included, and it was good. Staff members were friendly and helpful .
Our bed was wet after we returned for the day. Water seemed to come from the ceiling. There was much noise from the room above the next morning.

I had a lovely experience! my room was a good size, and the bed was so comfy. the location was really convenient. It's a short walk to the beach. i got an early check-in, so i could get to the rugby. My room was ready at 11:30.
The noise from other guests was a bit bothersome. I felt a little let down by that.
